How it works

01

Paste your text

Posts, comments, reviews or survey answers. One per line, up to 200.

02

An AI model reads each line

It labels each line positive, neutral or negative, and names the themes from your text.

03

Get the split and every label

Overall sentiment, the themes and how each feels, and a CSV of every line.

What is sentiment analysis?

Sentiment analysis reads text and works out how the writer feels: positive, neutral or negative. Social teams use it on comments, mentions and reviews to see whether a launch landed, which complaints are growing, and what customers love.

What to paste

Social comments

Copy the comments under a post or an ad and see how they split.

Reviews

App store, product or location reviews, one per line.

Survey answers

Open-text answers from NPS or CSAT surveys.

Support messages

Find the topics behind negative feedback.

How the labels work

An AI model reads every line on its own and labels it positive, neutral or negative. A second pass names 4 to 8 themes from your text and puts each line in one of them. Net sentiment is the share of positive lines minus the share of negative lines, from -100 to +100.

Questions

How does the sentiment analysis tool work?

Paste up to 200 posts, comments or reviews, one per line. A model labels each line as positive, neutral or negative and sorts the lines into themes it names from your text.

Do I need an email?

Not for your first run of the day. After that we ask for a work email, and it stays free. To search a keyword across social channels, use the social listening report.

Can I check the labels?

Yes. Every line shows its label and theme, and you can download them as a CSV.

What is net sentiment?

The share of positive lines minus the share of negative lines. It runs from -100 to +100.
