## Meet Pulse

See the events shaping your social conversation, with the posts behind each story.

A change in volume can tell you that something is happening. Pulse helps you find the event behind it. Sift groups related posts into a Moment, whether the conversation centers on a launch, a campaign, an incident, or another event.

Each Moment has a story and a timeline, with the source posts close at hand. Open the evidence, see how the conversation developed, and decide what your team should investigate next.

Moments also appear in Listening, so you can move from a chart to the conversation that shaped it. Pulse can include events connected to competitors as well as your own brand.

## What changed

- Pulse groups related posts around Moments such as launches, campaigns, and incidents.
- Open a Moment to see its story, timeline, and source posts. Review the evidence before deciding what needs attention.
